The set includes clips that allow you to treat different types of damage - depending on the type of welding, you must choose the appropriate tip shape.
The set contains the necessary clips for the job: internal square - used for connecting plastics at an internal angle
external angular - suitable for connecting plastics at an external angle.
Before use, it can be finely profiled to fit the surface
straight - thin tip for the least demanding work.
Slightly wavy complex - very wavy tip for the most demanding connections.
The wavy shape ensures the strongest bonding force due to the largest contact surface with the plastic.
Operating principle: Mount the selected tip on the device - after pressing the trigger, the tip will start to heat up.
Once the appropriate temperature is reached, the tip must be embedded in the damaged plastic to strengthen or join the elements.
Some connections require more tips for best effectiveness.
After melting and cooling, the tip is bent manually, without using tools.
It breaks off by itself at the right place.
Do not cut the tips with the included pliers - these are used for shaping plastics.
