Product description
Its character is primarily shaped by the use of the Taiwanese Hong Yu #18 cultivar, known as Ruby, which was discovered in 1999. This tea is produced in very small quantities and harvested twice a year, in spring and winter.

First brew: 2min / Second brew: 3min / Third brew : 5min Gongfu style: 4g tea / 100ml water / 95°C temp.
First brew: 20s.

/ Fourth brew: 20s.
/ every next brew - a little longer Cold brew: 10g tea / 1000ml cold water.
Leave in the fridge for 12 hours and stir well.
