the working principle of the tester is based on measuring the water content of brake fluid. Brake fluid should contain no more than 1.5% water. a water content of approximately 3% is acceptable, but if it exceeds this value, the brake fluid must always be replaced.

- the quality of the fluid is determined by 5 leds. Do not use for dot 5 brake fluid and other silicone based fluids!
