Product Q&As
I set this product to "top heat," but what about the bottom heat?? How does it work—does the cooktop heat up, but what about the bottom heat?????
Answer from Vexio
Hello! The appliance bakes from both the top and the bottom. It has two heating elements: the top one browns the ingredients, and the bottom one heats the baking stone, helping to bake the crust. For best results, preheat the appliance until the indicator light shows it’s ready for use, then place the pizza on the baking stone and close the lid. Check the pizza periodically and adjust the temperature as needed. Thank you, and have a wonderful day!
