Mango puree Toschi is a premium semi-prepared product with 50% mango puree, specially created for professional use in bars, cafes, restaurants, and pastry shops.
With a creamy texture and intense, exotic taste, it offers an authentic tropical aroma and vibrant color to dishes.
Ready to use and extremely versatile, it is ideal for smoothies, milkshakes, cocktails, tropical mocktails, lemonades, fresh drinks, toppings, and fillings for desserts like mousses, cheesecakes, and ice cream.
The ed dilution is 1:5 (1 part product to a minimum of 5 parts liquid), ensuring excellent yield and optimal per serving in the HoReCa sector.
The presence of sediment is due to the high fruit content - shake well before use.
