    In massage oil: Mix 6-10 drops of essential oil with 30 ml of vegetable oil (e.g. sweet almond, grapeseed). Use for relaxing massage. In body lotion: To 100 ml of neutral body lotion, add 10-12 drops of essential oil and mix well. In the bath: Mix 5 drops of essential oil with a tablespoon of milk, honey or Epsom salt, then add to the bath. Do not drip the oil directly into the water.

Red mandarin essential oil has a rich history dating back to ancient china, where it was prized for its therapeutic properties.
