After rinsing the rollers, pat off excess water with a towel. Apply the neutralizer (save some for the end) to each roller, leaving it to act for 5 minutes. Continue applying the remaining solution on loose hair, then rinse thoroughly with water.

Product description
Professional cosmetic used in hairdressing salons to neutralize the effect of perm fluid on hair and to re-establish the fiber structure of the hair after the reformation procedure. This is a vegan product.
instructions for use: after rinsing the rollers, remove any excess water with a towel. Apply neutralizer to each roll (reserve a little for the end) and leave for 5 minutes. Continue to apply the remaining solution to loose hair, then rinse thoroughly with water. Ingredients: water, hydrogen peroxide, sodium laureth sulfate, disodium pyrophosphate, citric acid, styrene/acrylates copolymer, sodium benzoate, sodium stannate, tetrasodium pyrophosphate.
