Vans SK8–HI

I got 3 different messages to get my order from the pick up point, because they failed to deliver it at home. No adress for the pick-up point was provided. After looking for my order and getting notices it will be returned, i found out that it had not even arrived in my town yet. There was no delay though. When it arrived I received a different item than the one i ordered. There is no option to return the item and receive the one i ordered, just to get a refund. i guess that's not bad, but i dont think i can re-order the item with the same discount i was given the first time.
