Product description
Merlot 2000 from the Uricani region is a deep red wine with brick-red hues. Its body, combined with a slight astringency, surprises us when we discover that it is actually a smooth wine. Recommended serving temperature: 14-16° C. Aeration for 40 minutes is recommended. Pairings: Game meat dishes (especially wild boar or deer), fatty freshwater fish, aged cheeses, pasta with red sauce, lasagna, pizza, appetizers with prosciutto, deer roulade stuffed with figs, turkey roulade with chestnut purée.
