Yamamoto is the name of a samurai family from the Edo period.

Two of the most prominent men who bore this name were both admirals of the Japanese navy, one of them a prime minister, a liberal visionary who fought both on the battlefronts and in party assemblies for a more permissive and progressive Japan, and the second, the Commander-in-Chief of the Japanese Navy during World War II, best known for the attack on Pearl Harbor, a historical event that led to the United States entering the war.

This recipe contains Sencha green tea, lemon balm, lemongrass, apricot and lemon pieces.

In contrast to the weight and gravity associated with its name, the tea is fresh and refreshing with pleasant citrus notes and can also be consumed as Ice Tea.

To prepare it, we recommend using a double amount of fruit to compensate for the amount of water that comes from melting ice cubes.

After infusion, let it cool until it reaches room temperature.

It can be consumed now, adding ice cubes, fresh lemon juice, crushed mint leaves and honey or sugar to taste, or it can be refrigerated for later.

Depending on preferences and imagination, you can add slices of your favorite fruits, obtaining a delicious cold drink and, most importantly, a and refreshing alternative to commercial juices.

Temperature Dosage Infusion Time 80℃ 1 measure 2 minutes Preparation: for each 250 ml cup, put 1 measure (2 grams) of mix in 80℃ water and let it infuse for 2 minutes.

If the temperature is higher than 80℃, or if the infusion period is exceeded, the infusion will have an astringent and bitter taste, because the tea leaf releases more theine.

Dilute with water, only.
