The YATO YT-28312 inductive voltage tester is designed to detect voltage in electrical wires in the 90-1000V range.
It also allows for wire continuity testing.
Operating on the induction principle, it non-contactly indicates whether wires are live.
Detected voltage in wires is signaled by an LED and an audible signal.
Eliminating direct contact between the tip and the bare wire increases safety and speeds up work.
A built-in LED illuminates the work area, significantly simplifying testing in dark places.
The tester is powered by two 1.5V (AAA) batteries and has an ON/OFF switch.
The built-in AUTO-POWER OFF function turns it off after a certain period of inactivity, reducing battery consumption.
