Product description
Vitamin B1 or Thiamine is a water-soluble vitamin that is part of the B vitamin complex.
Also known as the "antistress vitamin," thiamine helps strengthen the immune system, assisting the body to withstand stress conditions.
It plays a significant role in supporting energy and metabolism.
A deficiency in vitamin B1 is associated with headaches, nausea, abdominal discomfort, lack of appetite, fatigue or irritability, states of confusion, apathy or , muscle weakness, blurred vision, memory disorders, and irregular heartbeat.
Ingredients per capsule:Vitamin B1 (as thiamine hydrochloride) – 100 mg*
microcrystalline cellulose (filler)
vegetable capsule: hypromellose.

Indications:Normal energy metabolism (supports energy production from carbohydrates).
Protecting the nervous system and increasing resistance to stress.
Maintaining mental health.
Supporting concentration and improving .
Increasing immunity.

Producing hydrochloric acid necessary for digestion.
Administration method:One capsule every 2 days, preferably during meals or as recommended by a specialist.
