Organic spelt pesmet, known outside of lower saxony, is of a single origin and contains only spelt, yeast and a tip salt.
it allows the extra-wheat free bread to be free by baking and breaking the bread. Spelt is ideal for making meat and vegetable dishes, and as a topping for cheeses.
