To provide a better experience and worry-free flights, this Care Refresh insurance for the Mavic 2 is a service plan that covers damage to your Mavic 2 aircraft, its gimbal, or camera sustained during normal use.

DJI Care can be linked to a previously purchased DJI drone when it meets one of the following criteria: brand new and unactivated aircraft

aircraft activated within the last 48 hours

repaired at an official DJI service center (within 72 hours of receiving the invitation email).

After purchasing DJI Care Refresh, your service agreement will be sent by email.

The DJI Care will be automatically linked to your product and will take effect within 24 hours.

DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or region, as benefits are only valid in the region of purchase.

Up to 2 replacements with new or equivalent-performance products can be requested

additional fees apply and will be communicated by DJI service.
