Directions: take 2-4 capsules daily.

take one capsule daily for the first 3 days, then increase the dose to 4 capsules daily, depending on bowel tolerance.

If the intestinal transit is very dense, reduce the dose accordingly.

Ingredients: vine (rhamnus frangula), bark, dry hydroethanolic extract 4-7:1 (maltodextrin, silicon dioxide), min.

15% glucophragalin, dry: 125 mg

senna (cassia angustifolia), fruit, dry hydroethanolic extract 8:1 (maltodextrin, colloidal silicon dioxide): 125 mg
