General DescriptionDue to its complex composition, this tea has tonic, appetitive action, stimulating digestive secretions, and carminative effects (through essential oils, bitter principles, flavones).
The chamazulene from chamomile and flavones from yarrow provide , astringent, and healing properties.
Anise and chamomile also have calming and analgesic actions.
Composition:- chamomile flowers (Chamomillae flos)- anise fruits (Anisi fructus)- fennel fruits (Foeniculi fructus)- yarrow (Millefolii herba)Contraindications:- Not recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and infants.
Effects:- loss of appetite- slow digestion- dyspepsia- gastralgia- intestinal colic- abdominal bloating- enteritisAdministration:Pour a cup of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of plant mixture, cover for 10-15 minutes, then strain
