Game board, plastic handcuff unit, 6 tokens, 15 Cheat cards, 16 Title Cards, 16 Chance cards, 16 Community Chest cards, 16 hotels, 2 dice, money pack, bank vault and game guide.

Fake a die roll, steal some bills from the bank and even skip rent.

Complete a trick to get a prize, but fail a trick and pay the consequences! There are no houses in this edition - only hotels - and a handcuffed object can leave players "chained" to the board.
