It can be used on the skin for massage, hydration, anti-aging, and scar treatment on the body and face.
Apply a few drops of oil on the entire face and neck, then massage.
Repeat every evening before going to bed.
For the body: a tablespoon of argan oil is warmed in the palms by rubbing them vigorously, then massaged from bottom to top.
For pregnant women, it is very good for preventing stretch marks and for skin elasticity.
For hair: two to three tablespoons of argan oil (depending on the hair length) is applied along the entire length of the hair before bathing, from roots to tips.
Gently massage the scalp and comb the hair to ensure even distribution of the product.
Wrap the hair in a hot towel and leave it for 20 minutes.
Then wash the hair with shampoo and rinse well with water.
Repeat 2-3 times a month and the hair will be stronger, shinier, and silkier.
For dry hair, apply a small amount of argan oil on the tips without rinsing.
Internal use, argan oil has the property of reducing , high blood pressure, and improving liver function.
