At the daily dose on the label, alfalfa has long been used for comfort during menopause.

It is traditionally used for blood sugar balance and for the beauty of hair and nails.

It is placed in gelatin capsules.

The composition is short: a plant, maltodextrin and the gelatin from which the capsule is made.

It is taken in courses of 40 days.

Daily: adults take 1-2 capsules 3 times a day.

Duration of the course: the course is 40 days.

After the course: a break of 3 days follows, after which the course is repeated.
