Product description
Product features: 100 x 100 cm 80 gr cotton flannel yarn, made with the air jet texture method, based on the principle of mixing filament yarns with the help of compressed air to create texture.
in the air-jet texture method, the threads are sent to the air jet placed between the shooting rollers. With the effect of the pressurized air flow in the turbulence zone of the air jet, the threads become twisted.
some of the yarns produced by this process have thicknesses, these thicknesses mean flammed yarn.
the yarns are coiled by being shipped from the air jet to the bobbin drum with the help of slowly rotating take-up rollers. "the fabrics knitted from the yarns produced with this system are called ""flame fabric""."
