    Product Q&As

Size of the bag? and its height?

    Answer from SERENİTY ÇANTA

Hello, the height is 40 cm and the width is 30 cm.

    Translated by Google

Hello, it is written in a few places that it smells like heavy plastic, what is the reason?

    Answer from SERENİTY ÇANTA

Hello, since the product is gelatinized and packaged after being manufactured, it has a fabric or plastic smell. The smell goes away after the product is aired.

The stain does not come off at all, it looks very dirty

    Answer from SERENİTY ÇANTA

I understand, but as I said, if you do it will fix. Unless it's a stain that doesn't come off, sure.
