Product description
Agar-agar, also known as agar or geloza, is an product with very high gelling power, extracted from a series of red seaweeds (agarophytes) from the Gelidiaceae (Gelidium) and Gracillariaceae (Gracilaria) families.
Usage instructions: The agar powder is dissolved in a small amount of cold water and then boiled for a few minutes.
Agar can be added to fruit jellies, desserts, and used as a gelatin substitute.
Packaging: 30 grams.
