We understand your frustration. This issue is almost always caused by the threading or bobbin setup. Please try this step by step: 1) Remove the bobbin completely and rewind it slowly and evenly. 2) Reinsert the bobbin, making sure the thread pulls in the correct direction (counterclockwise). 3) Re-thread the upper thread from scratch through every guide. 4) Turn the handwheel toward you to catch the bobbin thread before sewing. 5) Hold both threads toward the back and sew slowly.
