Product description
The foundation of the anti-corrosion metal vady is a product based on alchidic resin with air drying, sicative, anti-corrosion pigments, filler materials and organic solvents. You can apply it to protect metal surfaces used indoors or outdoors. The primer is also recommended for the maintenance and repair of surfaces that have been previously painted before coating with an alkyd enamel. Advantages: Weather and abrasion resistant

Suggestions: The application temperature should be between +10 °c and +30 °c. do not use a primer if there is a risk of rain during application or drying. do not work in direct sunlight. The support must have a temperature at least 3 ° c higher than the dew point to avoid condensation formation. Clean tools immediately after use. Use product in well ventilated or properly ventilated areas. Store the primer in a dry, sealed container at temperatures between 5-25°c, away from any ignition sources and out of direct sunlight. Application: The work surface should be dry, clean, dust-free, and free of grease. remove any old paint residue until you achieve a tacky layer. Dilute the primer with 3-5% vady solvadil 509 or vady solvadil type ws and apply with a brush or roller.
For spraying, you need to dilute the product at most with vady solvadil 509 or vady solvadil type ws to 8%.
The coating drying time is 12 hours, and the final drying is achieved 24 hours later at a constant temperature of +23ºc.
The average specific consumption is 12 m2/l/layer, it varies depending on the conditions of application.
