Yataş Bendt Sofa Cover - Ecru

It's a great product, I liked it very much

Since the bottom is made of nylon, it falls all the way to the floor the moment you sit on the chair even once

PRODUCT QUALITY UNWORTHY OF THE YATAŞ BRAND AND AN EVEN MORE SERIOUS CASE OF CUSTOMER ! First of all, the product’s quality is a total disappointment! I found this sofa cover—which I consider to be of such poor quality that it’s unbecoming of a well-established brand like Yataş— to be unsuitable for my sofa, so I opened the strip of tape on it to see if it would fit. When I saw it didn’t fit, I returned it. However, the company rejected my return on hygiene grounds! SINCE WHEN HAS A SOFA COVER BECOME A PERSONAL HYGIENE PRODUCT? This isn’t underwear! How is a consumer supposed to know if the sofa cover they purchased fits their sofa without trying it on first? Since when has inspecting a product and checking its fit become a reason to revoke the right to return it? It’s bad enough to have to buy a product I found to be of poor quality, but to also be met with an unacceptable return policy is truly infuriating! 749.90 TL is no big deal to me. The issue is the very notion that consumer rights can be so easily disregarded! My trust in the Yataş brand has been completely shaken. From product quality to the post-sale customer service, I’ve had an utterly disastrous shopping experience. I will take this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board and pursue my legal rights to the very end.Trying to force the consumer to stick with the product they purchased is not customer satisfaction! Instead of hiding behind the name of a brand like Yataş, it should demonstrate the quality and responsibility that name demands. As far as I’m concerned, Yataş failed this shopping experience both in terms of product quality and customer service!
