Fill the pot up to the safety valve; to avoid the coffee becoming too watery, do not exceed the maximum filling level. Choose the desired coffee blend; it must be ground specifically for moka machines and should not be too fine. Generously fill the funnel with coffee without pressing it down. For even better coffee, heat it on low heat - it's worth waiting a few more minutes. When the coffee has risen in the collection chamber, turn off the heat. Now you can enjoy fresh and aromatic coffee.
