Cum se utilizează
Internal Use: Adults and young people over 15 years: 1-2 teaspoons of tincture diluted in 100 ml of water (half a glass) 3-4 times a day, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before meals. External Use: For maintaining skin health: apply to the skin as a compress, as is or diluted (by adding 2 teaspoons of tincture to 100 ml of water). For maintaining hair health: rub the scalp with BITTER 50-with Ganoderma 2-3 times a week. For maintaining joint health: apply externally as compresses, which are kept on the affected area for 1-3 hours. Before administering the product, it is recommended to apply a local cream with plant extract, clay or resin. Contraindications: Pregnancy, breastfeeding, intolerance to any of the product's components. Precautions: For people with stomach sensitivity, it is recommended to administer the product after a meal.
