Instructions for Use Use the mini roller for large muscle groups (back, legs, etc.), and the micro roller for small and sensitive areas (feet, arms, neck). Gently place the roller on the target muscle area and apply for approximately 30–60 seconds using back-and-forth or circular motions. After massage, clean the roller by wiping it with a damp cloth. When not in use, store the roller in a cool, dry place. ⚠️ Warnings If you feel pain, reduce the pressure or stop using the roller. Consult a doctor before use if you have open wounds, skin problems, or serious muscle/joint disorders. Children should not use it unsupervised.
