Hard side/scrubbing surface: Use the hard side for tough stains, but test on a small area first to avoid scratching delicate surfaces. Rinse and squeeze after cleaning: Make sure the sponge is thoroughly rinsed with clean water; replace frequently to prevent the spread of bacteria.
