Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any of its active ingredients or to sympathomimetic medications. Avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products or additional decongestants to prevent overdose. Do not use if you have taken MAO inhibitors in the previous two weeks. Warnings and precautions: seek medical advice if allergic reactions occur (shortness of breath, rash, facial swelling, dizziness). Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems, alcoholic liver disease, arthritis requiring daily painkillers, breathing problems, enlarged prostate, high blood pressure, heart problems, diabetes, overactive thyroid, glaucoma, or other significant conditions. Stop taking and consult a doctor if symptoms worsen, persist beyond recommended durations, or if new severe symptoms appear. Avoid alcohol while using this medicine due to potential liver damage.
