Can I add my discount coupon to my order later?
• Unfortunately, we cannot add coupons to orders that have already been placed. However, you may cancel your current order then place a new order using the coupon.
How can I use the discount code?
1️⃣ Add your items to the cart 🛍️
2️⃣ Enter your code in the “Discount Code” field (below the order summary)
3️⃣ Click “Add”
⚠️ Only one discount code can be used per order.
How can I view the discount coupon(s) assigned to my account?
Go to:
👤 My Account → My Coupons
You can check:
📅 Expiry date
💰 Minimum spend
📌 Usage conditions
How will my refund be affected if I used a discount code?
If you place an order using a code, the discount will be applied in proportion to the prices of the ordered items.
*Only the amount paid for the item will be refunded.
*Discount codes cannot be refunded. For the most up-to-date information on promotions and codes, please refer to our home page.
I cannot use my discount code/coupon.
Please check the following:
✔️ The code is entered correctly
✔️ Minimum spending requirement is met
✔️ The coupon hasn’t expired
✔️ The items in your cart are eligible

If I cancel/return a product I purchased, is the discount coupon/code I used put back into my account?
It depends on the type:
🎟️ Discount codes are single-use and cannot be reissued.
🎁 Promotional coupons added by Trendyol will be returned to your account after the return/cancellation is completed.
Returned coupons can be used again if still within their validity period.
You can access your account's coupon amounts, expiry dates and conditions in the "My account" -> "My coupons" tab.
