Yes, standard delivery fees are applicable for orders placed on our platform. Shipping fee details are prominently displayed on the checkout pages to provide transparency to our customers. It's essential to note that the shipping fees can vary based on the destination country.
At what time will the item I bought be delivered?
🚚 Your order will be delivered on the specified date or within the given delivery date range. We kindly recommend waiting until the last day of the delivery window before reaching out.
Can I change the delivery address?
If you are asking this for your next orders:
- On the website, you can go to the “Account” tab → “My address information” and make the changes.
- On the app, you can go to the “Account” tab → “My addresses” and update your information there.
If your question is about your current order:
- You can change the delivery address only from the “Account” tab → “My Orders”.
- To be able to change the address, the delivery status must be at the “Order received” stage.
Note: If the courier was unable to deliver the package to you (e.g. because you were out or the address was incorrect), the package will be returned to the Trendyol warehouse and you will be refunded.
Can I request to speed up my delivery? 🚚
Once your order is shipped, we can’t speed up the delivery.
But don’t worry, we’re doing our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible! 💛

How are large product groups delivered?
Delivery of large products may take longer compared to other product groups. Since these types of products are usually delivered directly by the sellers themselves, the delivery time may be longer.
Note: If you see the delivery status as “Delivered” even though you have not received your product in this product group, please contact us so we can assist you.
My order arrived when I was not at my address
🚚 If your order arrives while you are not at home, don’t worry.
Our couriers may contact you via WhatsApp and, depending on your preference, can leave the package at your door.
🚛 If you were not contacted by the courier and your package could not be delivered, we will put it back out for delivery to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.
My order has been shipped. I want to change my address.
It is unfortunately not possible for us to change the recipient name and/or delivery address after the package has been shipped.
Note: If the courier was unable to deliver your package to you (e.g. because you were out of the address was incorrect), the package will be returned to the Trendyol warehouse and you will be refunded.
My order is in shipped. Can I speed up the delivery?
Once your order has been shipped, the delivery process is handled by the shipping carrier and cannot be expedited. However, you can track your order for the latest updates. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
There’s only one day left until the estimated delivery date, and my order is still being prepared. What should I do?
Order statuses may take some time to update. If your order has not been delivered by the end of the estimated delivery date, please contact us the following day so we can check it for you.
What should I pay attention to during delivery?
Always check your order with the courier.
• If the package/product is damaged or the number of packages is incorrect:
o After signing the shipment delivery receipt, ask the courier to issue an "Assessment Report".
When will my order arrive?
📦 You can see the delivery date of your products on the “Product Detail”, “Cart”, and “Checkout” pages. You can track the status of your deliveries from the “My Orders” page under the “Account” tab.
Note: To deliver your orders to you faster, we may ship them in multiple packages. Your order will not be considered complete until all packages have been delivered. If you think there is any issue with your order, you can get support via the Trendyol Assistant service.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Trendyol delivers to Turkey, the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman as well as many European countries, including Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Spain, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Luxembourg, Finland, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Slovakia, Greece, Romania, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Malta, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Lithuania and also to the United Kingdom. If you live in one of these countries, we hope you enjoy your shopping experience!
Which shipping company will deliver my order?
Your order may be shipped from Turkey or Gulf countries via private shipping companies. At the moment, it is not possible to choose the shipping company.
• Estimated delivery dates are provided on the “My Cart” and “Checkout” pages.
• Please note that our couriers will not request any additional VAT or customs duty charges upon delivery. If your order is Cash on Delivery, the payable amount will be collected at your doorstep.
• Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email containing a link that allows you to track the status of your delivery through the courier’s tracking page.
Why isn’t my tracking information being updated? 📦
It’s normal for tracking updates to take some time after your order has been shipped ⏳. This may happen due to:
- International shipping and customs clearance ✈️: Orders shipped from abroad may be delayed during air transport or customs inspection. Tracking updates usually appear once the package is received by the local carrier.
- Busy periods or holidays : High shipping volumes can sometimes delay tracking updates.
If you haven’t received any delay notification, there’s no need to worry 😊. Tracking information will usually update at the next shipping checkpoint.

Will my items arrive in the same shipment?
Items purchased from the same store are usually shipped together in one package, as long as their delivery times are similar.
Items purchased from different stores are shipped separately and may arrive in different packages.
