Can I pay by debit card?

• You can use any bank debit card for your orders.
• Refunds on purchases made with debit cards may take longer depending on your bank.

Do you offer a 'cash on delivery' payment option?

• Trendyol offers the option to pay with cash or card on delivery for a service fee of 11 AED. Please note that this Cash on Delivery (COD) service fee is non-refundable.
• The value of the order must be no less than 100 AED and no more than 1800 AED.
• Cash on delivery is only available for orders eligible for free shipping.
• If your cash on Delivery (CoD) orders are to be delivered with multiple deliveries, the CoD service fee will be distributed among all of your deliveries.

Payment by installments is available through:

  • Tabby: The minimum limit for purchases you make with Tabby is 100 AED, and the maximum is 5000 AED.
  • Tamara: The minimum limit for purchases you make with Tamara is 100 AED, and the maximum is 5000 AED.

What happens to my refund if I cancel or return my order?

• The refund process for canceled/returned orders is completed within 2-10 business days. The time it takes for a refund to be issued depends on your payment method.

o Credit card: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank. If you paid with a credit card, the refund is usually transferred in a couple of days. For debit card payments, the refund process may take longer.
