Can I buy products from different boutiques in a single order?

You can add items from different boutiques to your cart and complete checkout in one payment 💳.
📦 Items may arrive in separate packages to deliver them faster.
🚚 Can I cancel a shipped order?
Unfortunately, no.
If you no longer want the item:
You may refuse delivery 📦
Or start a return after receiving it
Your refund will be processed once the item reaches our warehouse and passes our quality check.
Can I change the size/number for the item I received?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to limited stock.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?/ Can I add a gift note?
• Unfortunately, we are unable to add gift-wrap/notes to your orders.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders. If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you can cancel the order If the status shows:
“Order received” or
“Preparing”
You can cancel it from:

Once your order is shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
You may start a return after delivery.
How can I cancel my order?
If your order status shows "Order received" or "Your order is being prepared":
- You can cancel your order using the "Cancel order" button on the "My orders" page.
- You can send us your cancellation request by using the ""Contact us"" button.

How can I track my order?

Is VAT included in the prices of items I bought?
• Yes! VAT is included in the sales price of every product sold by Trendyol.
